Surveyor for Real Estate Development Company in Doha (Malayalee Preferred)


A dynamic and growing Real Estate Development Company in Doha is seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be able to work independently. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and properties, analyzing data, creating maps and plans, and providing accurate measurements for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and properties using specialized equipment
- Analyze data and create accurate maps and plans
- Provide precise measurements for construction projects
- Ensure all survey work is completed within project timelines
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Keep detailed records of all survey data and findings
- Adhere to all safety protocols during survey work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor in the real estate or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in Malayalam preferred
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
