Petroleum Engineer - Lusail, Qatar

We are hiring a skilled Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing methods for extracting oil and gas from underground reservoirs. You will also be in charge of managing drilling and production operations, analyzing data and making recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of petroleum engineering principles, strong problem-solving skills, and experience working in the oil and gas industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies for extracting oil and gas from underground reservoirs
- Manage drilling and production operations to ensure efficient extraction
- Analyze data from wells to monitor production levels and identify areas for improvement
- Develop plans for well testing, stimulation, and completion
- Work with geoscientists to determine the most productive locations for drilling
- Perform economic evaluations to assess the potential profitability of new projects
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with other engineers and technical staff on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Petroleum Engineer in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of petroleum engineering principles, including well design, reservoir modeling, production optimization, etc.
- Proficiency in using industry software such as Petrel or Eclipse
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid biometric passport
