We are hiring a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of clients' weddings, from initial consultation to the day of the event. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, while also managing vendors, creating timelines, and overseeing budgets.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and vendors. Experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss wedding details, including budget, theme, and venue
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, florists, musicians
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on progress and gather feedback
- Coordinate all logistics on the day of the wedding
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Manage client expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a wedding planner or in a related field
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
- Knowledge of different wedding traditions and customs
- Attention to detail and ability to manage budgets effectively
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in English (Indian nationality preferred)
- Must have own visa (accommodation not provided)
