Job Title: Barista


We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks in our cafe while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to customer's preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the coffee machines and equipment
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making menu recommendations
- Ensure all food and drink items are properly stocked and rotated
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the cafe

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee types, brewing techniques, and latte art is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have legal authorization to work in Manama, Bahrain

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
