Administrator for Contract Position in Al-Kuwait, Egypt
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to fill a contract position in Al-Kuwait, Egypt. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ and accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and clients
- Monitor office expenses and ensure they stay within budget
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the team leader
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or in a similar role is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience working with a multinational company is preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
