Sales Representative

We are a leading company in the retail industry, and we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers. This is a full-time position based in Nizwa, with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is not required but preferred
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
