Baker in Al-Kuwait


We are a well-established bakery in Al-Kuwait looking for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes and our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients to prepare dough or batter according to recipes
- Roll, cut, and shape dough into different forms such as loaves, rolls, braids, etc.
- Bake items in ovens or on grills
- Decorate cakes and pastries with toppings or icing
- Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean work area
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly
- Create new recipes or modify existing ones to improve taste or presentation
- Inspect the quality of ingredients before baking
- Collaborate with other bakers to ensure timely production of orders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker (at least 2 years)
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with traditional breads, pastries, and desserts
- Ability to decorate cakes using various techniques (piping, glazing, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours (early mornings/late nights/weekends)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
-Nationality: Indian preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with medical insurance benefits.

Location:
Our bakery is located in Al-Kuwait City.
