Baker - Al-Kuwait (Indian Nationals Only)


We are a renowned bakery in Al-Kuwait seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we prefer Indian nationals who have experience in baking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, fillings, toppings, and other ingredients for baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, or toppings
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and are presented attractively
- Keep track of inventory and order ingredients as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a bakery or similar setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Good time-management skills to complete tasks within given deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail for product quality control purposes
- Physically fit for standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy trays/pans
