Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and may be suitable for students looking for a part-time job.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and develop staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Create and implement cost-effective strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction with prompt resolution
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant industry best practices
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with POS systems is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.
