Personal Trainer - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain (Contract with Accommodation)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness plans for our clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will also provide continuous support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve their desired results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, health history, and goals.
- Develop customized fitness plans that incorporate a variety of exercises and techniques.
- Guide clients through workout sessions, providing demonstrations and correcting techniques as needed.
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay on track with their fitness goals.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans.
- Provide nutritional advice for optimal physical performance.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate any concerns or successes to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research to continuously improve the quality of services offered.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related role.
- Knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and health promotion principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong motivational skills to keep clients engaged and committed to their fitness journey.
- Ability to create effective training programs for individuals of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field is a plus.
