We are hiring a skilled Gardener to maintain and enhance the beauty of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a green thumb and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful gardens. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and caring for various plants and flowers.

Responsibilities:
- Planting new flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants
- Pruning and trimming bushes and trees to maintain their shape
- Watering plants regularly to ensure their health and growth
- Applying fertilizer and pesticides as needed
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools
- Maintaining cleanliness of garden areas by removing weeds, trimming grass, and raking leaves
- Monitoring plant health and identifying any pests or diseases
- Providing recommendations for improving garden appearance

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different plant species, their care requirements, and common pests/diseases
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate gardening tools (e.g. lawnmowers, hedge trimmers) safely
- Attention to detail in order to maintain the desired aesthetic of the garden
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
