Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing setting. Your main duties will include setting up machines, monitoring the production process, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You must be able to follow safety protocols and adhere to production schedules while producing high-quality products.

To excel in this role, you should have strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required. Training will be provided on-the-job.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot any issues that occur during production
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to production schedules
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with machinery preferred but not required
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
