Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring skilled and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a busy restaurant in Ar-Ruwais. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escort them to their seats
- Present menus and take accurate orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area throughout the shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with opening/closing tasks as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation.
