Merchandiser
The Merchandiser will be responsible for selecting and purchasing products to be sold in retail stores. They will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure that the right products are available at the right time for consumers. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for market trends, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Source and select products to be sold in retail stores
- Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers for best prices and terms
- Monitor market trends and adjust product selection accordingly
- Work closely with retailers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze sales data to determine product performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotions and displays for products
- Manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or purchasing
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Location: Al-Malikiyah (with possibility of remote work)
Salary: $1600 per month (plus visa sponsorship and travel expenses)
