Our manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machines to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate must have experience in operating different machines, such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as they arise
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in operating various types of machines, including lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
