Indian Restaurant Manager in Mecca


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mecca. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of food quality and cleanliness. This is a temporary position with potential for permanent employment.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Must have a valid visa to work in Mecca
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure all food safety standards are met and maintained according to local regulations
- Train and supervise staff on proper food handling procedures, customer service, and overall job performance
- Monitor employee performance and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers by providing exceptional service at all times

Salary: 1700$ per month
