Waiter/Waitress

A well-established restaurant in the beautiful city of Nizwa is seeking an experienced and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take their orders, and answer any questions they may have about the menu
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy with each order
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain a clean dining area by clearing tables, refilling condiments, and wiping down surfaces
- Assist in setting up tables for new guests and cleaning up after they have left
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food menus, ingredients, and cooking methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We offer competitive salary of 1000$ per month without accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.
