Senior Librarian
Location: Lusail, Qatar
Nationality Preference: Pakistani or Egyptian


We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Librarian to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Senior Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collections, providing research and information services, and overseeing the daily operations of the library. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in library science, as well as excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's collections and ensure they are properly cataloged, organized, and maintained.
- Provide research and information services to library patrons.
- Oversee the daily operations of the library, including supervising staff and volunteers.
- Develop and implement programs and events to promote the use of the library's resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to incorporate library resources into their programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in library science.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a library setting.
- Strong knowledge of cataloging systems, digital resources, and reference materials.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required.

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday. Some evening and weekend work may be required for special events.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. The successful candidate must arrange their own accommodation in Lusail.

Visa & Ticket:
We will provide free visa sponsorship for the selected candidate. A one-way ticket from Pakistan or Egypt will also be provided upon joining our team.
