Junior Barista

As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, providing exceptional customer service, and following all food safety guidelines. This position is ideal for students or individuals without previous experience in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required, on-the-job training will be provided
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to Al Ahmadi city

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
