Ensure that all pastries are presented beautifully and meet the standards of the hotel. Manage inventory, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and follow food safety guidelines. Collaborate with other chefs to create menus and special desserts for events. Train junior pastry chefs on techniques, recipes, and presentation. Must have at least 3 years experience as a pastry chef in a high-end establishment. Knowledge of local Omani flavors is preferred but not required. Salary is 1100$ with potential for growth.
