We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Bayan, India. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move materials such as soil, rocks, and debris in construction or mining sites. This is a full-time position that requires experience in operating excavators and a valid license/certification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators safely and efficiently according to job requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the equipment
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Use GPS systems or other technology to assist with precision digging
- Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction or mining environment
- Valid operator's license/certification for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to work full-time hours and flexible schedules if needed
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
