Excavator Operator

As an Excavator Operator in Bayan, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, grade and move earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction projects. You will need to have strong knowledge of excavator controls and functions, as well as the ability to read and interpret construction plans. Previous experience as an excavator operator is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other designated areas according to construction plans
- Use hand or foot levers to control movement of the boom, bucket and swing arm
- Ensure proper positioning and alignment of the equipment for efficient operation
- Inspect equipment before and after use for any damages or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on the excavator as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating the equipment
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Proven experience operating an excavator in a construction setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and diagrams
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1300 per month

Note: This job is open for Indian nationals who are fluent in English. It is a part-time position without accommodation provided. Previous experience is not required; training will be provided.
