Operations Manager (Dubai, UAE)


We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and lead our company's operations in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and proven experience in driving business growth and efficiency. As our company expands its operations in Dubai, the Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, meeting targets, and promoting our brand.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives
- Oversee daily operations, including managing staff, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide training or support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the same industry or region
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with market trends, financial analysis, budgeting, and resource management
- Experience working within a diverse team environment
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Salary: 1100$ per month (tax-free) with potential for bonuses based on performance. Visa sponsorship will be provided for non-UAE nationals. This position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender.
