Entry Level Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Merchandiser to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are properly displayed and stocked in retail stores. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the merchandising field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores and ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines
- Conduct inventory checks and restock shelves as needed
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure our products are prioritized
- Monitor product sales and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
- Keep track of product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly
- Report any issues or concerns with product placement or availability to the supervisor
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional displays and campaigns

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business or related field preferred
- No prior merchandising experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
