Head Pastry Chef

As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of pastries and desserts for our restaurant in Nizwa. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in developing new and unique desserts that will delight our customers. You will oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, including ordering ingredients, managing inventory, and ensuring food safety standards are met. You will also train and supervise a team of pastry cooks, ensuring they maintain high quality standards and meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a pastry chef, with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating delectable desserts. A degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry is preferred. Salary is $1600 per month, with potential for growth in the future. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Nizwa.
