Construction Project Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Lusail. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various teams and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with Indian construction companies is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with accommodation provided. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with various teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Oversee all aspects of safety on site
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor and supervise junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven experience managing teams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders
- Familiarity with Indian construction companies preferred
- Biometric passport required for all employees
