Baker for a Bakery in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our bakery in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. You must have previous experience working as a baker in a professional kitchen and be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. This position is suitable for men with experience in baking and holding a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain clean work area and equipment
- Ensure high quality of products by following food safety standards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Follow inventory procedures for ordering ingredients and supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker in a professional kitchen
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes
