Baker



We are currently seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at our bakery in Ar-Ruwais. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, such as breads, pastries, and cakes, for sale to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and prepare doughs and batters according to established methods
- Bake products in ovens or other equipment
- Decorate and finish products with icings, glazes, toppings, or fillings
- Operate machinery and tools used in the baking process
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust settings as needed
- Ensure quality control by inspecting products for freshness, appearance, and taste
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for baking
- Clean work area and equipment to maintain a safe and sanitary environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Good understanding of food safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. The contract does not include accommodation. This is an English speaking job but we welcome applicants from all nationalities with suitable qualifications.
