Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager for our company in Medina, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include creating project timelines, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to all parties involved
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to manage budgets and expenses effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of project management software
- Ability to read blueprints
