Construction Project Manager
We are currently hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects within specific budget and time constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets and ensure they are met
- Source materials, equipment, and labor needed for each project
- Oversee and manage construction teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress of projects, make necessary adjustments, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on all job sites
- Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and change orders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
