Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Medina, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. As a key leader in our team, you will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely project completion
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process
- Attend meetings with clients or stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid driver's license

This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month. We welcome applications from all nationalities but preference will be given to Pakistani candidates.
