Indian Sales Manager in Ar-Ruwais


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales department and developing strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to increase sales opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the game
- Train and guide sales team members to improve their performance
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional materials
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a similar industry or market
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Salary: 1200$
Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE (without accommodation)
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required within the UAE
