Indian Chef in Mecca, Saudi Arabia


As an Indian Chef in Mecca, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. You will use your knowledge and expertise to develop new menu items and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards. Your passion for cooking and attention to detail will be key in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori specialties, and vegetarian options
- Develop new menu items while keeping up with current food trends
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Collaborate with other chefs to plan special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance.
