We are in need of an experienced Baker to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and freshness of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods according to recipes and specifications
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, toppings, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies are running low
- Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality products consistently
- Creative skills for decorating baked goods is a plus
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Fluent in Malayalam preferred but not required

This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month with visa sponsorship provided by the company. This job is suitable for men who have experience in baking.
