Indian Chef at Bayan Restaurant


We are looking for a skilled Indian Chef to join our team at Bayan Restaurant in Bayan city. As an Indian Chef, your main responsibility will be to prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, ensuring that they meet our high standards of taste and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Indian Chef, strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring cleanliness
- Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and proper sanitation practices
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or adjust existing ones based on customer feedback or seasonal availability of ingredients
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various Indian cuisine styles, ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
