Sales Associate



We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team in Jeddah. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in retail sales, be fluent in English, and have the ability to work with diverse customers. This position offers a salary of 1600$, as well as accommodation for non-local employees.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases
- Utilize effective selling techniques to promote products and meet sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Strong selling skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
