Courier Delivery Associate

As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. You will be required to navigate through Ar-Ruwais using maps or GPS, and must have a valid biometric passport for identification purposes. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages and documents to assigned locations within designated timeframes
- Use maps or GPS to navigate through Ar-Ruwais
- Ensure safe handling and transportation of packages
- Collect payments from customers when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries made
- Report any delays, issues, or customer concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to navigate using maps or GPS systems
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy packages (up to 50lbs)
- Strong work ethic with excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
