Waiter/Waitress in Muscat, Oman

We are seeking a friendly and experienced waiter/waitress to join our restaurant team in Muscat, Oman. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for welcoming and serving guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to work without accommodation in Muscat
- Must have a valid visa and be able to provide a ticket to Oman

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and guide them to their tables
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Upsell additional items when appropriate
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and promptly address them with management if necessary
- Clear tables after guests have finished dining
- Process payments using the POS system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure tables are set properly for the next guests
