We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with strong proficiency in English, and able to work part-time without prior experience. This role is suitable for men looking for opportunities with visa sponsorship. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include but are not limited to answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and performing general clerical tasks. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
