Merchandiser for Apparel Store in Bayan, Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team at our apparel store in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing products for our store, ensuring that they align with the latest fashion trends and customer preferences. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong negotiating skills to secure the best deals from suppliers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in merchandising, particularly in the apparel industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences.
- Select products from suppliers that align with market trends and meet our store's standards.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or replenishing products.
- Collaborate with store managers to create visually appealing displays that attract customers.
- Analyze sales data to determine which products are selling well and make adjustments accordingly.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
