Construction Project Manager



We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Dubai. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to review plans and specifications
- Manage budget and expenses
- Procure necessary materials and equipment
- Supervise construction team
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the project
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in Dubai
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
