As a Construction Project Manager for our company in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Create project schedules and ensure timely completion of all phases
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues or delays that may arise
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve project budgets, contracts, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Develop cost-effective strategies to maximize project efficiency
- Manage project resources including labor, materials, and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in construction project management in Dubai or a similar environment
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
