Construction Project Manager

Our well-established construction company in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
• Collaborate with project team members to develop project plans and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are being followed and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project updates, issues, and resolutions
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Dubai is preferred
