Job Title: Personal Trainer


We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Personal Trainer to join our team at our fitness center in Khasab. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients of all nationalities. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments with new clients to determine their current fitness level, health history, and fitness goals.
- Develop customized workout plans tailored to each individual client's needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one training sessions with clients, monitoring their form and technique to prevent injury.
- Motivate and encourage clients during workouts to push themselves and reach their full potential.
- Track client progress by regularly assessing their fitness level, taking measurements, and recording any changes or improvements.
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices related to personal training.

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with a degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer working with diverse clientele.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition, and weight management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to clients from various backgrounds.
- Passion for health and fitness with a desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Ability to adapt workout plans for clients with injuries or limitations.
