Information Technology Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all technology resources. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, and maintaining the security and integrity of our data.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all company-wide technology systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology needs.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data through regular backups, updates, and disaster recovery plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend new solutions that can benefit the company.
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement or potential issues.
- Train employees on new technologies or software as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security systems, database management, and cloud-based technologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 1700$

Location: Riyadh (Preference for African or Malayalee candidates)
