Construction Manager


A reputable construction company in Muscat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a strong background in construction management and can oversee all aspects of our projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time
- Develop project plans and schedules, allocating resources and materials accordingly
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure quality workmanship
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
