Construction Project Manager


We are in need of an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Muscat. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including cost estimates and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project design and execution align with project requirements
- Plan and manage project budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Monitor construction progress to identify any potential delays or issues
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Manage communication between all stakeholders involved in the project
- Address any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Muscat area
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of professionals from different backgrounds
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise between clients, contractors, architects, engineers, etc.
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
