Instrument Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Nizwa. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in industrial settings. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, thermocouples, and transmitters
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of instruments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with instruments using appropriate tools and equipment
- Calibrate instruments according to specifications
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and implement improvements in instrument performance
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in instrumentation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Extensive knowledge of various types of instruments and their functions
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and fix complex issues
- Familiarity with industry safety codes and regulations
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Nizwa.
