Cashier

We are a retail store located in Ar Rumaythiyah and we are seeking a qualified Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing returns and exchanges, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist with any inquiries or concerns
- Scan items, collect payments, and provide accurate change if necessary
- Process returns and exchanges according to store policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Follow all safety and security procedures while handling cash transactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month. You must have your own visa as we do not provide sponsorship. Accommodation will not be provided.
