We are seeking a talented and experienced Egyptian Chef to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As the head chef of our restaurant, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Egyptian dishes that will leave our customers wanting more. Your main duties will include overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, and managing the kitchen staff. Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus with authentic Egyptian dishes
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and specials
- Maintain a positive work environment and handle any conflicts that may arise

Requirements:
- Must be of Egyptian nationality
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in an Egyptian restaurant or similar setting
- Excellent knowledge of Egyptian cuisine, including traditional recipes and cooking techniques
- Ability to create unique and innovative dishes while also maintaining traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
